One-time Payment:

Fulfillment:

As soon as the customer purchases the plan, fulfillment happens online and #classes/credits/tickets are allotted immediately.

Refunds:

As soon as the customer reaches out to us for a refund, we process immediate refunds for unutilized credits on a pro-rata basis. The amount of the music/dance/art accessories, instruments or gadgets etc. provided to the customer at the time of purchase will be deducted at the time of refund. For further details, see T&Cs.

Subscription

Fulfillment:

As soon as the customer purchases the plan, fulfillment happens online and #classes/credits/tickets are allotted immediately. For example, if customer purchases a subscription plan of 6 credits per month for 6 months, every month 6 credits get added for the next 6 months

Refunds:

As soon as the customer reaches out to us for refund, we process immediate refunds for unutilized credits on a pro-rata basis. The amount of the music/dance/art accessories, instruments or gadgets etc. provided to the customer at the time of purchase will be deducted at the time of refund. For further details, see T&Cs.
